Our Story

Growing up, Jatour & Trey faced the same challenge that many young men do today—we were lost, without male mentors to guide us through life’s challenges. We had the desire to grow and become better men, but lacked the support, wisdom, and direction to help us get there. As we navigated this journey, it became clear that countless young men experience this same struggle: the absence of strong, consistent male role models and the brotherhood needed to thrive.

That all changed when we found community through our church. It was here that we met mentors who didn’t just care about our success, but about our souls. They walked with us through our struggles, helped us grow in our faith, and guided us toward a deeper understanding of our purpose in life. Their investment in us was transformative. We were like fertile soil waiting to be watered, and through that experience, our lives were changed.

But we knew how hard it had been to find such guidance, and we realized there were so many more young men out there, facing the same challenges we once did. That’s why we created Conquerors Circle—to provide the same mentorship and brotherhood that helped us thrive. Our goal was to create a space where young men could receive guidance, grow in their faith, and be surrounded by a community that holds them accountable.

Since its beginning, Conquerors Circle has grown into much more than we originally envisioned. We now offer weekly in-person cohorts, giving young men the opportunity to connect face-to-face with mentors and peers. Through our online platform, we’ve expanded our reach, connecting members with a network of business owners, pastors, financial advisors, and other leaders who provide valuable mentorship and internship opportunities.

Our vision is to continue expanding, bringing Conquerors Circle to young men across the country. We are committed to helping every member unlock their God-given potential, lead lives of purpose, and become the conquerors they were created to be.
